My passion is building lasting relationships with the people around me. Being a dentist allows me to serve my community by providing options to improve oral health, replace and restore teeth, and create beautiful smiles. I love dentistry because every day I get to help someone look and feel better. Many of my patients have expressed how surprised they are at how easy and relaxed dental care can be!
Originally from a small town of Rhododendron, Oregon, I spent four years in the U.S. Marines after graduating from High School. After three tours of duty, I left the military to study biology at Sonoma State University. I then studied dentistry at Loma Linda University in southern California, where I was awarded clinical honors for my work in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, prosthetics, and implant restoration. I then practiced dentistry for two years in Reno, Nevada before coming to Fountain Valley Dental in May of 2015.
I am a current member of the Crown Council, Clackamas County Dental Association, Molalla Area Chamber of Commerce, and American Dental Association.
When not practicing dentistry, I am usually spending time with my wife Megan, and son Eli who is will turn three this May. In Febuary of 2020 we welcomed our newest addition Ella to the family! We enjoy snow skiing, mountain biking, surfing, cooking, and enjoying the great restaurants in the Portland area.
