On your first visit you will be introduced to our office, meet the doctor and will be introduced to the staff members who will be serving you. We will do a set of full mouth x-rays to give us a tool to diagnose any conditions that you may have. Our staff will do an oral cancer screen, comprehensive exam, periodontal charting and exam, and oral hygiene instructions if needed. We also offer photos for Lumineers before and after if you so desire. Our staff will discuss your restorative diagnosis and the condition of your gums (periodontal needs).
Please have your current insurance card and information available to us on this visit. Also, please have a list of all medications that you are taking at the time of this visit including any over the counter medications or vitamins that you may be taking. We will have forms for you to fill out for each family member so arrive a little early.
We can also discuss any questions you might have concerning orthodontics, as we offer Invisalign orthodontic along with regular bands and bracket orthodontics.
We will schedule you for any restorative, periodontal, cosmetic, and cleaning as diagnosed.
